School Program Service Schedules
In an effort to make volunteering easier and more accessible we have uploaded spreadsheets for the Environmental Volunteers Schedules of School Program Services to the web. Schedules are updated often, the date at the top of the schedule tells you when it was last updated.
The best way to sign up for services is to come to an area meeting.
How to Use the Service Schedule Spreadsheets
• When you're searching for services to sign up for, review the first column “Service Filled?” and look for services that read "NO." These are the ones for which we still need volunteers.
• If two services on a particular day have the same lead Environmental Volunteer, it's a double session. You may sign up for both sessions that day – we’d appreciate it!
• At the top of the page is a link to e-mail the area coordinator to request your service date. Your coordinator will e-mail you a confirmation.
• If you request your service date BEFORE THE AREA MEETINGS, your area coordinator can reserve the appropriate spots for you.

To print the schedule, we recommend that you adjust the following settings in the "Page Setup" or "Print" screens in your "File" menu of your browser:
• Print on legal paper
• Set orientation to horizontal
• Reduce print size to 80%
