SESSION INFO:

  

Session 1: June 15-19

Living Off the Land:  From the Ohlones to today's modern farmers

Take a journey back in time to learn how the Bay Area's first human inhabitants lived, and then explore modern sustainable farming.  Our activities will include visiting an Ohlone site, berry-picking, getting our hands dirty in a garden and working on a farm.

Session 2: June 22-26

Water Worlds:  Exploring the Bay Area's Wet Ecosystems

This week is all about water!  Bay water, ocean water, creek water, pond water.  It's all here!  Get ready to get wet!

Session 3: June 29-July 3

Day Trippers: Daily Natural Science Field Trips

Sign up for 1-5 days of fun field trips during this holiday week.

TIMES:

9 AM to 4 PM daily; extended care available from 8-9 AM and 4-5 PM

LOCATION:

Our home base will be Keys School, in Palo Alto.

SESSION FEES: 

Sessions 1 & 2:                $350 per week

    Extended Day:              extra $40/wk AM and $40/wk PM

Session 3 Day Trippers:   $100 per day, or $450 per week
    Extended Day:              extra $8/day AM and $8/day PM or extra

                                        $40/wk AM and $40/wk PM

DEPOSIT: 

$100 per session due with registration. Refundable by June 1; Balance due by June 1.

Session 1: July 20-24

EcoPalooza!

Spend a week exploring the Bay Area's many ecosystems, from the hills to the ocean.  Hiking, boating, spelunking and beach combing!

Session 2: July 27-31

Creek Week!

Explore the San Francisquito Creek from its source in the hills to its outlet in San Francisco Bay.  We'll hike, wade, and canoe as we learn about this wonderful waterway.

TIMES:
9 AM to 4 PM daily; extended day available from 8-9 AM and 4-5 PM
