Training
Can’t find where the next training meeting is? We’ve got you covered. We’ve got maps!
Being an EV docent gives you the rewarding opportunity to teach kids to love nature. To learn more about our volunteering opportunities, read our Prospective Volunteers page.
We provide all of the required training for you when you become an EV docent. A variety of classes are scheduled throughout the year to facilitate a variety of schedules.
Classes meet at either the peninsula EV office in the Peninsula Conservation Center or the south bay EV office and at various field trip sites.
Class fees help cover the cost of our training materials and expert lecturers, and they include one-year membership dues of $25. Scholarships are available.
