New online volunteer system

It's finally here!  The online volunteer system is up and ready-to-go! This is the system that will allow you to sign up for services online, check out kits electronically and access the EV Wiki.

To access the system, you will go to the EV home page and click on "Volunteer Log In" in the header on the upper right.
